In the unfortunate event of one of our products being sent to you faulty or damaged and not in the state they left us in, we're sorry! But we're here to put things right!
Below we have a step to step guide to ease the your returns:
1) Complete our online Returns form.

2) Once your form has been completed and sent to us, our customer service team will contact you with a confirmed R number. Please package the item up and post the goods back to us with this R number written on the package (we suggest placing a piece of paper inside the package with this number written on). Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
3) Once we receive your package we can then confirm your refund, refunds are processed and funds returned back to your payment method within 3-5 working days.
Shipping for returns – Returns postage is paid by the customer returning the products back to us.
Your statutory right are not effected in relation to the return of your products.
We offer a 30 days return policy, within this time you can return your goods back to us for a full refund.

We do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or misrouted orders.
Returns after this date will not be accepted.
